Stay with the Entire Family

We know how important it is for you to bring your companion with you on your getaway. Experience our historic hotel with your entire family. To assist, we’ve included policies and some helpful resources specific to the care of your pet. We look forward to welcoming you at Ashland Springs Hotel.

*Our pet policy allows dogs and cats. A pet fee of $30 per day will apply, two pets per room (fee covers both pets).

*Pet-friendly rooms are located on our 3rd floor, featuring Queen, King and rooms with Two Double beds. Select rooms are also offered on the 4th floor.

*To reserve a room for you and your pet, please call our hotel directly at 541-488-1700.

Dog Etiquette

  • Do not leave your pet unattended in your room. If you leave your pet unattended and it creates a disturbance for another guest, you will be charged the necessary compensation required to appease the guest disturbed (which could be up to a full night room and tax charge per night).
  • We ask that pets that stay with us are not aggressive towards other pets & guests.
  • For the safety and comfort of all, please keep your pet properly leashed whenever in the common areas of the hotel where pets are permitted.
  • Pets are not permitted to be in any area where food is served. This includes our Breakfast room, event spaces or LARKS Restaurant.
    • Dogs are welcome at LARKS Restaurant’s outdoor sidewalk seating, which is available seasonally.
  • All pet staying overnight require registration at the hotel. Please check with the Front Desk so we can welcome your pet!
  • Accidents do happen! Please let us know as soon as possible so we may avoid a long-term damage. Any damage to the room caused by your pet may result in additional charges.
  • Please be aware that your pet must be confined to a kennel/carrier or properly leashed during periods when hotel staff is scheduled to visit the room for cleaning or maintenance. Otherwise, your room may not be serviced.
  • Our pet policy only allows for dogs and cats, no other pets are allowed.
  • Please no bathing or grooming your pet in the room.
  • Pets should not be left unattended in the room at any time.

Service Animal Disclaimer

  • If you have a pet that is not a service animal, we ask that you honor the good work of service animals by not claiming that your pet is a service animal.
  • When a service animal is in a food service area, it must remain on the floor in a location that is out of all paths of travel at all times. *All other “dog etiquette” guidelines above apply.
