Where Historic Halls Hide Mysteries to Solve

October 8–11, 2026

Each fall, the Ashland Mystery Festival brings authors, sleuths, and mystery lovers together for a weekend of intrigue. At the historic Ashland Springs Hotel, the story comes to life around the dinner table—with fine dining, exquisite drinks, immersive theatre, and plenty of secrets.

Masquerade Dinner

October 10, 2026 | Doors Open 6:15PM | Grand Ballroom |
$75 Per Guest (+ checkout fee)

An evening of mystery and intrigue awaits.

Step into the shadows of the historic Ashland Springs Hotel for one of the Ashland Mystery Festival’s most beloved traditions: the Masquerade Dinner.

Dine alongside featured mystery authors as they share stories, secrets, red herrings, and the art of crafting a great whodunit. These clever authors have some surprises in store, and the highlight of our gothic dinner will culminate in a dramatic group reading of a mystery created at the Festival and the final reveal of a whodunit that you’ve been tasked to solve around town.

Don your mask, dress for intrigue, and prepare for an evening of storytelling, surprises, and mystery.
