An intimate summer evening under the Oregon moon awaits. Enjoy a unique dining experience in the English Garden. Savor four locally inspired courses as Larks Executive Chef, Francesco Console showcases dishes that celebrate the abundance of this spectacular agricultural region. Chef Franco’s long-lasting regional partners from Wandering Roots Farms, Terra Sol, Tawanda Farms and Rogue Creamery will join us to talk about their passion and practices.

Bar with Rogue Valley wines and cocktails available for purchase throughout the evening.

Executive Chef Franco Console will guide guests through each course.

Ashland Springs Hotel will be CLOSED on January 11 and 12 for major maintenance.

Larks Restaurant will be closed for its annual maintenance service beginning Sunday, January 10 and will reopen for dinner on Friday, January 15.

Waterstone Spa will be closed for its annual maintenance service beginning Monday, January 18 and will reopen on Friday, January 22.
