Billy Buscher of Alchemy Restaurant will defend his title as Top Chef 2012 against seven other talented chefs including, James Williams from Omar’s Steak and Seafood; Dawn Strickmeyer from Black Sheep Pub & Restaurant; Dale Fowler from Regency Grill; Dustin Farley from Larks Restaurant; Stefano Cipollone from Avalon Bar & Grill; Maggie Trujillo from Caldera Brewery and Restaurant and Anna Hogan from Salame.
In addition to the Chef Competition, enjoy Friday’s Culinary Kickoff with food demos, appetizers, local wines and brews with live entertainment. The weekend includes the 4th annual Best Dessert competition with local dessert chefs, now in the spotlight on Sunday at 12:30.
