Coastal Mist Fine Chocolates & Desserts is your source for custom designed wedding cakes, award-winning artisan chocolates, European style desserts and catering. With over 57 years combined experience in the culinary field and multiple European apprenticeships, we share a great love and passion for what we do. We make everything from scratch in our facility combining the finest imported chocolate with the freshest local products. All of our creations are made by hand using old world techniques. From elaborate custom dessert buffets to that perfect wedding cake we can please the most discerning palate. Our customized chocolate wedding favors will capture the romance, beauty and passion of your special day. What could be more perfect than a gift of two or four Coastal Mist gourmet chocolates or a chocolate covered marshmallow bearing the bride and groom's names or monogram? How about a chocolate covered marshmallow embossed with your wedding date or monogram as a "save the date" treat?

Branson's Chocolates
Branson's Chocolates makes all our fine chocolates, fudges, truffles and turtles in small batches to ensure freshness. We use all natural and local products whenever possible. Our fudge recipes originated in 1887 on Mackinac Island, MI. We still table cream the fudge the traditional way. We use an all natural chocolate from Peter's Chocolates; who created the recipe for milk chocolate.
