Champagne Creek Cellars: At the meeting of the Coast and Cascade mountain ranges, the picturesque Umpqua Valley of Oregon is considered one of the best kept secrets of the American wine industry. Here, Champagne Creek Cellars produces wines in a variety of styles: dry, off-dry, and sweet, floral whites; our popular white Merlot, the Pink Fox; dry, robust reds; and seasonal offerings, such as our sweet, spiced Winter Warmer. Our rustic 1878 hay barn has been restored and serves as the Wine Production Facility, Tasting Room, and Gift Shop. The tasting room is open year-round from 11 AM to 5 PM. During the summer months, we usually stay open until 6:00 PM; on slow days throughout the year, we may close an hour early.
