Chef Darrell A Folck, CEC, CEPC, ACE and the talented students of the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute are joining the festival in 2013 to showcase their skills with the festival centerpiece, a chocolate sculpture that will be placed in the hotel lobby.
They will also have a vendor booth with many wonderful chocolate creations.
