Deux Chats Bakery

Deux Chats is a local bakery, base in Ashland, Oregon, that features traditional and innovative products made with quality ingredients. Breads and pastries are produced in small batches using old world methods and techniques with a focus tastes and flavor pairings. They believe good bread is an expression of ones heart and soul. During the Oregon Chocolate Festival Deux Chats will feature Chocolate Cherry Walnut and Chocolate Hazelnut Crackers. Additionally Deux Chats will offer one of their signature chocolate breads, such as ficelle, bordos, or boule.
