During the festival local chefs showcase their culinary skills during 30-45 minute demonstrations.chef
Join us in the Ashland Springs Hotel lobby. Demonstrations are free to the public.

Friday, March 7

  • 5:30pm – Making hazelnut milk chocolate candy bars – Pastry Chef Darrell Folck from the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute
  • 6:00pm – Demonstrating - Sculpting with Modeling Chocolate- Chef Erika Lowe of Mystic Treats

Saturday, March 8

  • 10:30am – Making salted chocolate French macarons – Bakers: L. Hudson and A. Skibinski of MIX Sweet Shop
  • 11:30am – Making seared pork tenderloin with a spiced cocoa rub – Chef Anna Hogan of Salame
  • 1:00pm – Demonstrating – Sculpting with modeling chocolate- Chef Erika Lowe of Mystic Treats
  • 2:30pm – Making a dessert roll called Chocolate Kiss. – Chef Nyoman Tunas of TAROKO

Sunday, March 9

  • 11:30am – Making Easter chocolate decorations (chocolate cages) – Pastry Chef Terra Sharp of LARKS
  • 1:30pm – Making hazelnut milk chocolate candy bars – Pastry Chef Darrell Folck from the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute
  • 2:30pm – Making dark chocolate frangelico truffles - Pastry Chef Allison Brummet of Larks Restaurant & Lounge in Medford
