“Always Hands-On”
CHOCOLATE BRIOCHE - Learn to mix, shape, proof and bake Chocolate Brioche. Brioche is a sweet yeasted dough floating heavenly between pastry and bread. With the addition of at least 40% butter and Bittersweet Belgian Couverture Chocolate, Brioche becomes an ethereal experience. A three hour class of fun, laughs and enjoyable learning. The class finishes with a tasting of Chocolate Brioche – simply delicious; or, paired with Chocolate Pastry Cream, thinly sliced pears and a drizzle of Cabernet Wine Balsamic Reduction for a luscious dessert. Class will be held at Deux Chats’ 222 “A” Street Bakery.
