Enchanted Florist
Enchanted florist is the first drinking chocolate boutique in Southern Oregon, sells the world’s finest chocolate bars and some of the west coast’s best truffles.

Classes:
Learn about fine chocolate bars and how to taste it at the Enchanted Florist.

Fri: (two classes) 2pm or 4pm (Italian)
Sat: (two classes) 2pm or 4pm (French)
Sun (one Class) 2pm (American)

Please come with a clean pallet (make sure you have only drank water and have not eaten 1 hour before the class).
The class is 1 hour.
The cost is $20 and comes with your choice of any fine chocolate bar we sell after the class ($8 value). It’s only $15 if you RSVP on www.poshcircle.com
The class is located at the Enchanted Florist, right next to the Ashland Springs Hotel.

There will only be 10 people per class so you will need to reserve your spot early. You can sign up by going into the Enchanted Florist and paying $20 or sign up on www.poshcircle.com, find the chocolate class under events you want to RSVP for and only pay $15 at the door.

Ashland Food Cooperative
Ashland Food Cooperative will be offering samplings of their favorite chocolates throughout the week leading to the Oregon Chocolate Festival. Additionally a culinary demo & sampling of Mary’s Teff Flour Chocolate Brownies is scheduled for Thursday, March 5th from 4 to 6pm. It’s a gluten free dessert so all non-gluten eating friends come and celebrate this yummy chocolate treat. The recipe will be available!

‘Chocolate’ presents us with an all-new breed of kung-fu star: Zen is a skinny 15-year-old from a single-parent family with a sweet tooth and a fierce temper. Oh, and she’s autistic.

Prachya Pinkaew's breakthrough movie, ‘Ong-Bak’, prided itself on bone-crunching realism, and here he presents a more thoughtful, socially conscious riff on the same techniques. Twenty-two-year-old Jeeja Yanin is simply astonishing as Zen, a whirlwind of fists and feet: the film’s closing outtakes sequence details the real damage she did to her co-stars.

The heart of the film may be its action sequences but, even outside the battle arena, ‘Chocolate’ is a nicely characterized and consistently likeable piece of work!
